Bapst has created a delectable menu that includes duck foie gras, Manjimup black truffle, slow roasted White Rocks veal cutlet, passion fruit tart souffle, paired with matching wines.

Bapst trained and worked extensively in France and Australia at award winning restaurants that include Mietta’s Melbourne, Hayman Island Resort, Prunier’s Sydney, and Il Centro Brisbane where Bapst’s fresh modern menu featured the critically acclaimed sand crab lasagne.
