Owners, Brad and Angelica Jolly are driven by a philosophy that incorporates the traditional values of exceptional service and the highest quality produce.
Brad Jolly, head chef and past winner of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition, is regarded as one of Australia’s leading and most influential chefs. With several international accolades to his name, he presents modern-Australian cooking with a French influence at its best. A culinary perfectionist, Brad has worked alongside Marco Pierre White, Eric Chavot and Jamie Oliver.

The Truffle Lady- A Profile

Amanda Reboul, co-founder of The Truffle Man alongside her husband Philippe, is a woman with a passion for Truffles. After living in France for ten years and in Tokyo for four years, the couple returned to Australia to establish a niche French import company in 2006. Specialising in truffles and champagne, The Truffle Man range includes culinary delights from caviar and foie gras, to rare spices.
Amanda is an accomplished speaker regularly educating Brisbane diners on the precious Tuber Melanosporum.
