Young Chefs competition 2018
To be held from 8:00a.m. sharp, on 24th February 2018 (arrive, 7:30a.m.). Chefs please contact Paul Wilderbeek. Winner will represent Queensland in Melbourne in April, with the national winner representing Australia in Taiwan in September. Members are invited to be tasting judges – contact the Brisbane Bailli – it is so much fun! Annual General Meeting and award presentation/ reception to follow in the afternoon.
