  • Winner of the Brisbane Young Chefs Competition 2017

    Congratulations to Teo Jia Yang, winner of the Bailliage de Brisbane Young Chefs Competition on March 25th 2017. He  will compete in Adelaide in April, to represent Australia in Frankfurt, Germany, in September. The winner beat three other competitors, Yan Ng, Rojviboonchai Chanipat, and Ha Chul Sung (photo, below left).
