Augustine Tso (Augustine’s On George, Brisbane), with over 40 years of catering experience, teamed up with Penfolds Chief Winemaker Peter Gago; with three decades of wine making experience, no doubt one of the best winemakers of the world; they created an ultimate Grange dinner to form a long lasting memory.
Cost was $350 per person. Each table of ten received a bottle of 1995 Grange.
