The Grand Cru & Premier Cru Dinner

Saturday, October 22nd 2016 at 85 Miskin St, Toowong. 6:30pm for 7pm.

Tyson Stelzer, described by Wine Business Magazine as the next James Halliday, is certainly one of Australia’s most respected palates and wine authors.

We are most pleased to welcome Tyson as our newest professional member to the Chaîne Brisbane family.

To celebrate the great vineyards of France and Germany, Tyson teamed with Brent Farrell to create an eight course dinner matched to eight great wines.  This dinner (open to Chaîne members, our foodie friends and Tyson’s loyal followers) booked out quickly.

Following our recent Chaîne Champagne Tour experience with Tyson,  this dinner was an event not to be missed. Places were strictly limited. Tickets were $275pp. Dress code was smart casual.
