Executive Chef Josue Lopez has created a bespoke five-course menu carefully matched with the finest whiskies from around the world to celebrate the growing trend of pairing whiskies with complementary foods.
Joshue’s food philosophy of telling a story with local ingredients and modern cuisine has earned him the title of CitiChef of the Year. Australia leads this world trend with its fresh produce and international cuisine.
Our tasting experts from Whisky Live shall lead us on this sensory journey, offering everyone a unique opportunity to taste from their “Rare & Old” Whisky Bar, a treat normally available only to collectors.
To further indulge our guests, a silent auction of 30 bottles of whisky will be conducted after dinner.
